1. When will I receive my purchase?
A: Unless a special request is made that requires adjustments of a shown piece, items are shipped within 24 hrs of payment notification.
2. How do I know what my shipping costs are?
A: Shipping is calculated upon order processing.
3. Will my purchase be insured?
A: If you wish your package to be insured, please send your request via email address and your item(s) will be insured by Earthstone Inspirations.
4. What if I want my purchase gift wrapped?
A: Please contact Earthstone Inspirations via email and indicate your preference and your item will arrive in a gift box wrapped for a minimal additional fee arranged via email prior to your purchase.
5. Can I combine items?
A: Absolutely.
6. Are there any promotions offered, discount plans or sale items?
A. Yes. Promotions will be indicated on the website when applicable and sale items will be noted during special promotional events. Frequent customers will receive additional opportunities of appreciation e.g. buy 3 items and get a 50% price reduction on a 4th.
7. What do I do if something breaks?
A: Purchases receive a 30 day guarantee for workmanship and if something breaks, your item may be returned, repaired and shipped back to you at no cost. You will be notified of the receipt of the item and given an approximate time frame for the repair and notified of when the item has been shipped back to you.
8. Do you do repairs of jewelry I may already own that I'd like to have fixed?
A: Generally speaking, yes. Send an email detailing the issue and you will receive a response as to whether it can be done and what the cost will be.
9. Do you do custom orders?
A. Yes. Earthstone Inspirations is committed to pleasing you by crafting any individual ideas you may have about designing your own jewelry and welcomes the opportunity to offer you that pleasure. Simply send your thoughts and ideas via email and you will receive a prompt response.
10. Do Federal lead limits apply to these products?
A. A new Federal standard prohibits the sale of products to children (under the age of 12 years old) which exceed newly established lead limits.

Our crafts are not intended for use by children and therefore this Federal law, which is not applicable to adults, does not apply.
